Joscelyn is an award-winning leadership strategist, executive coach, and organizational change consultant with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. As President and CEO of JADE Strategies, Inc., she advises leaders and organizations on strengthening performance, navigating complex change, and transforming challenges into strategies that drive measurable growth and lasting impact.
A sought-after facilitator and speaker, Joscelyn has led hundreds of programs in leadership development, team performance, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, communication, and organizational culture. She is the architect of the JSI Opportunity Surveys℠, founder of JSI Mentoring Leaders℠ and Mentoring Trailblazers℠, and an internationally certified Personality Dimensions® facilitator.
Joscelyn holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of New Haven. Her leadership and community impact have earned numerous honors, including recognition as one of CIO Views’ Top Ten Most Influential Leadership Coaches and the Andrews Hooper Pavlik PLC Women’s Leadership Award.
